So...I decided to give up and wasn't looking for a condo or any real estate.... but out of the blue I get a call from Ashton that a Penthouse apartment that "Looked like me" just hit the market and that we should look at it ASAP! Well to make a long story short Ashton found and did a great negotiation for me on my dream Penthouse!
