Fort Lauderdale from MiamiIt’s too soon to make any judgments as to what’s to come for the year, but a general summary of this information concludes:

  1. Time on market has increased to 4.7 months
  2. Median sale price values are down by 3%
  3. It is only mid-February but if these current trends continue, the total number of homes may prove to be ~ 195 homes sold for the year. Will yours be one of them?
